Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LSPDFR Enhanced Reborn (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website and its membership features. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Olaf Śnieżek (Poland). For any privacy question or request, contact us at lspdfrenhanced@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: your email address, an optional display name, and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your password in plain text).
- Membership data: your subscription status, tier/plan, the related Patreon identifiers and the renewal/end dates of your subscription.
- Download logs: when you download a members-only file, we record which file, your account and the time. We use this to keep the service secure and to verify refund requests for accidental renewals.
- Payment data: handled entirely by our payments provider, Patreon, which processes payments and manages billing on its own site. We do not receive or store your card details. From Patreon we receive only your email, name and membership status.
- Linked accounts: if you connect Discord or Patreon, we store the account ID, username and avatar those services return. Discord is used to grant you the role matching your membership; Patreon is used to confirm your membership and unlock the matching tier. You can disconnect either at any time from your account page.
- Plugin and licence data: to enforce the one-computer limit, the plugin derives a device identifier from your Windows installation and hardware and sends it with your licence checks. It is a one-way value we use only to recognise the same computer - we cannot read your hardware details back out of it. We also record which plugin versions your membership entitles you to.
- Play data and public listings: while the plugin is running it reports that you are online, together with your play time. We use this for the live player list and the leaderboard. What is shown publicly is under your control - your account name, Discord name and tier each have their own switch on your account page, and you can turn the whole thing off.
- Cloud career backups: if your membership includes them and you use them, we store a copy of your in-game career save files. They are your files: we do not read them, and deleting your account deletes them.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as your IP address and browser type) generated by our hosting provider to keep the service running and secure.
- Cookies: we use only cookies that are strictly necessary: to keep you signed in, to remember that you passed two-factor verification, and - while the site is in closed testing - to remember that you entered the access password. We run no advertising and no analytics of our own. Payment and billing happen on Patreon’s own site, not here, so we load no payment scripts on these pages. Patreon’s own handling of your data is described in its privacy policy.
3. How and why we use your data
- To create and manage your account and let you sign in - to perform our contract with you.
- To provide members-only content and process your subscription - to perform our contract with you.
- To operate, secure and improve the service and prevent fraud or abuse - our legitimate interest.
- To contact you about your account, subscription or important service changes - our contract / legitimate interest.
- To show you on the live player list and the leaderboard - with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the switches on your account page.
- To check that a licence is used on one computer at a time - our legitimate interest in preventing account sharing.
- Any marketing emails, if introduced in future, would only be sent with your explicit consent.
4. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service, each acting under a data processing agreement:
- Supabase - database, authentication and file storage (hosted in the EU region).
- Patreon - processes your membership payment and manages billing and cancellation on its own site; from it we receive your email, name and membership status. If you connect your Patreon account, we also receive your account ID, username and avatar to confirm your membership and unlock the matching tier.
- Amazon SES - delivery of the emails the service sends you (sign-in links, password setup, two-factor codes). Sent through Supabase, in an EU region.
- Discord - only if you connect your Discord account, and only so that we can assign you the role matching your membership.
- Hosting - the website is served from our own self-hosted infrastructure (Coolify / Docker).
5. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the use of EU hosting regions where available.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your account and membership data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account or ask us to erase your data, we remove your personal data from our systems; content you are not the subject of (such as published posts) may be retained with author information removed. Patreon may retain transaction records as required by tax and accounting law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw any consent you have given;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
To exercise any of these rights, email lspdfrenhanced@gmail.com.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to your data is restricted by row-level security and server-side checks. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
When you choose a password we check it against a public list of passwords exposed in known data breaches, so that you don’t unknowingly reuse one. This check sends only the first five characters of a hash of your password to Have I Been Pwned, which returns a batch of possible matches that we compare here. Your password, and your IP address, never leave our server.
9. Children
This service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
