Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LSPDFR Enhanced Reborn website and its membership features (the “Service”), operated by Olaf Śnieżek (Poland). By using the Service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LSPDFR Enhanced Reborn is a paid community modification (“plugin”) for the PC game Grand Theft Auto V and its LSPDFR mod. The plugin is distributed to members only: an active membership is required to download it and to activate it in game. Membership tiers, their prices and what each one includes are listed on the Membership page.

A membership also unlocks members-only content such as new builds, posts and additional files. If your membership ends, builds you have already downloaded and activated keep working - you simply stop receiving new builds and members-only content. We may change what a tier includes going forward, but we will not take away access to builds you have already activated.

This does not apply if you are refunded. Keeping a build is something your payment buys. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the access it paid for - including builds already activated - ends with it, and the plugin stops activating. Buy a membership again and your access comes straight back; nothing is held against you.

So that you know exactly what “keeps working” means: activation is not a one-off. The plugin stores an activation that lasts 72 hours and renews it in the background from this site, so it needs an internet connection roughly every three days. Between those checks it works fully offline. This is also what enforces the one-computer limit in section 5.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence (and at least 16) to create an account or buy a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments & billing

Memberships are ours: we sell them and provide the plugin and members-only content. Billing runs through Patreon, which processes your payment and manages your subscription on its own site. Where it is required to, Patreon also adds, collects and remits any sales tax or VAT on the transaction as a marketplace intermediary. Your use of Patreon is also subject to Patreon's own terms and policies. We never receive or store your card details.

• Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each period (e.g. monthly or yearly).
• They renew automatically until you cancel. The price, and any tax, are shown on Patreon before you join.
• You authorize Patreon to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

4. Cancellation, refunds & right of withdrawal

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Patreon account. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Patreon's refund policy. You can also contact us at lspdfrenhanced@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
• Consumers in the EU / EEA / UK: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because membership content is made available to you immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once access has begun.
• Other regions: you keep any mandatory statutory rights that apply in your country of residence.

5. License & acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the membership content for your own personal, non-commercial use together with your own legitimate copy of the game. You agree not to:

• redistribute, resell, share, publish or sublicense paid content or files;
• share your account or attempt to bypass membership gating;
• reverse engineer the Service to redistribute it, or use it unlawfully or abusively.

Your membership activates the plugin on one PC at a time. Moving to another PC is automatic - just start the game there and it takes over - but the plugin cannot run on two computers at the same time, and an account is for one person.

All intellectual property in the Service and its content remains ours or our licensors'.

6. Third-party software & the game

The plugin requires a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V, RAGE Plugin Hook and LSPDFR, each of which has its own terms. LSPDFR Enhanced Reborn is an unofficial, community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or LSPDFR. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Game updates, other mods or your setup may affect compatibility, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that the plugin will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game saves, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and/or deleting your account. Cancelling is not a breach and costs you nothing you already have: what section 1 says about builds you have already downloaded and activated continues to apply. You keep your membership until the end of the period you have paid for, and after that you simply stop receiving new builds and members-only content.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms - for example by sharing or reselling the plugin, or by circumventing the checks in section 5. In that case your licence to use the plugin and the membership content ends, and you must stop using it.

Your licence also ends if the payment behind it is refunded or charged back, as described in section 1 - you cannot keep what the payment bought once the payment is returned. That is reversible: buying again restores your access.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
